• Take a photo in the same pose as me.
• Erase the background using all the tricks you know.
• Manage the hourglass according to your height.
• Open the background in Photoshop.
• Go to the drawing tool and add all the images and PNGs like a video.
• Use the stretch tool for your delay.
• Then go to Add Photo and add all the PNGs one by one.
• If you know how to add it, you can apply the evasion effect.
• Save the image in the drawing tool for color adjustment.
• Open the image in Lightroom and adjust the color.
• Apply and save all specified settings.
